About EMBA Class of 23
The Lagos Business School’s EMBA program, renowned for its rigorous academics and collaborative learning environment, equipped the EMBA 23 class with the knowledge and skills to excel in leadership roles across various industries. This unique cohort, fondly nicknamed “EMBA 23 the Great,” was known for its exceptional unity and unwavering support for each other’s success.
Journey of a Remarkable Class
Comprised of experienced executives with over seven years of management experience, the EMBA 23 class embodied a diverse range of industries, from pharmaceuticals and finance to agriculture, hospitality, oil and gas, and more. Their dedication to academic excellence was evident, with many being inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma Society for achieving top 5% academic performance. Beyond academics, the class fostered deep bonds through various activities. The Weekend retreat like the Life Project provided opportunities for genuine feedback and career guidance, while social gatherings solidified their camaraderie. This strong foundation translated into real-world success, with many members receiving promotions during and after the program. Some even embarked on entrepreneurial ventures, collaborating to produce movies that garnered significant attention.

The EMBA 23 class’s impact extends far beyond individual achievements. Their collective influence has contributed to business growth, job creation, and positive community engagement. While some members have pursued opportunities abroad, the alumni association remains a vital platform to maintain connections and continue fostering their network.
